Project/Product Manager, Hotel

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, United States or Cordoba, Argentina

What you’ll be doing:

1.     Lead projects and manage roadmap, business requirements, and go-to-market plan for the hotel business throughout project lifecycle, by setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.

2.     Work closely with the Head of Hotel Product & Supply, and other cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to create compelling and innovative hotel offerings that meet the needs of our travelers and B2B supply partners.

3.     Communicate the features and benefits of our hotel products through compelling storytelling and strategic channel activation to drive adoption.

4.     Define appropriate ranges for metrics, monitor performance over time, proactively identify issues, and take action to remediate.

5.     Analyze data for trends and patterns and interpret data with clear objectives in mind.

6.     Understand the evolution of staff travel and non-revenue travel markets to identify gaps and challenges for ID90 Travel and our customers.

7.     Work with product managers to develop a roadmap for product releases by aligning dependencies early and often and sunset outdated functionality.

8.     Support ID90 Travel’s relationships with peers at external stakeholders, including B2B hotel aggregators, hotel companies, service providers, and industry groups.

 

Qualifications:

1.     5+ years of experience in project or product management, preferably in online travel, hospitality, or e-commerce.

2.     Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

3.     Travel industry and/or online booking tool experience preferred.

4.     Knowledge of online hotel shopping, pricing, booking flows, airline non-revenue programs, data privacy and security for cloud products across various geographic regions.

5.     Understanding of airline non-revenue and positive-space travel programs.

6.     Experience with Agile methodologies, SaaS environments, and excellent communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
