What you’ll be doing:

As a UI/UX designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our user interfaces and ensuring our digital products are not only aesthetically pleasing but also delightfully user-friendly. We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table and collaborate with our talented team to create extraordinary experiences.

Responsibilities: 

1. Conduct demand intake with Product Managers to identify user problems to be solved.

2. Leverage principles of design and emerging trends in the interactive space to build innovative and refined enhancements and new features.

3. Collaborate with Director of CX and Product Managers on defining workpriority and timelines for delivery.

4. Identify experiential gaps and proactively conduct research to reveal unique solutions to exceed user expectations.

5. Synthesize user behavior metrics to inform business strategy.

6. Break down complex requests into actionable timelines.

7. Join grooming and planning meetings with the development teams and provide clear guidance and insight on the intended outcomes of designs.

8. Conduct user interviews and clearly communicate synthesized information to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 3 year of experience in User Experience Design, Human centered Design, Product Design, or similar role with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  2. Experience with Sketch, Figma, Axure, or other design software.

  3. Travel industry experience preferred.

  4. Experience with building prototypes preferred. 

  5. Understanding of airline non-revenue and positive-space travel programs preferred.

  6. Experience with Agile methodologies.

  7. Experience collecting qualitative and quantitative data preferred.
